The Overview
TopHap brings together property analytics, market intelligence, mapping, environmental insights, and valuation tools within a single platform.
I developed a visual marketing system that translated TopHap’s complex product ecosystem into clear, engaging communication across social channels. Product features, datasets, market insights and use cases became distinct visual stories tailored to different formats and audiences.
The system was built to flex across content types while maintaining a consistent, recognizable TopHap identity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
The Content Loop
One system.
Many visual stories.
Building a Visual Language
I developed a flexible visual system that gave TopHap a consistent presence across campaigns, formats, and product stories. Typography, product imagery, maps, data visualization, hierarchy, and modular compositions worked together as one recognizable language.
Rather than locking the brand into a single campaign aesthetic, the system was built to adapt — giving each story its own expression while keeping TopHap unmistakably TopHap.
One Product. Multiple Entry Points.
The campaign system framed the same platform around different user needs.
Potential customers could discover TopHap through property research, neighborhood analysis, environmental conditions, investment data, market intelligence, or a specific geographic market.
Instead of repeatedly advertising the entire platform, each creative focused on one reason to care.
Real Estate Intelligence
Real-world photography brought TopHap’s interface into recognizable working contexts, placing the product across phones, tablets, and laptops.
The experience extended beyond the screen through floating maps, charts, data cards, and interface elements — turning product functionality into part of the visual composition.
The idea was simple: TopHap was more than a database. It was a tool for understanding properties, neighborhoods, and markets when real decisions were being made.
Outcome
The result is a scalable visual marketing system that makes TopHap’s complex product easier to understand and the brand easier to recognize across channels.
Maps and data visualizations became defining elements of TopHap’s marketing. Heat-map colors, geographic boundaries, property cells, charts, and floating data cards create a visual language rooted directly in the product.
Rather than hiding analytics behind conventional lifestyle advertising, I used the data as part of the brand — giving TopHap a distinctive presence in a category often dominated by traditional property photography.
The system creates multiple ways into the product through market insights, property research, local campaigns, educational content, and individual use cases. Each story stands on its own while still feeling unmistakably TopHap.
